- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Out off all the Pawn America's that I have been to, the one in Mankato takes the cake. Not just for its warm and welcoming atmosphere but for one person in particular. She is always their to greet me with a smile and a friendly "How can I help you" attitude that goes along way. She goes by the name Brigitte Martinez. I would always recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good deal, or just a friendly experience that makes you feel like your just not a customer but also family. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was in Pawn America the other day looking for a few items for my new apartment that I just moved into last month. Right away I was greeted at the door by a guy named Alex who was extremely friendly and eager to help me. I explained to him what all I was looking for and in no time he had the things I needed gathered right there for me. Since I am a college student money is always tight and as Alex and I got to talking that topic came up. He felt compassion for me and gave me a great deal on my purchases! For whatever electronic, trinket, or even an old antique that you'll find yourself walking in for, it won't take long for the genuinely cooperative staff to point out exactly what you were looking for. I found my service especially welcoming from a clerk named Brigitte, who was super polite, and even more helpful.
