- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆#Update I had to contact them recently again over the neighbors dog being left alone barking and howling. They come by and hear it themselves, stating it was loud too, then they asked me if I tried ear plugs yet? : / I try to contact them to talk to an officer during business hours, get the run around by the automated phone service, never being able to talk to a real person, I half to call 911 their emergency line, just to have an officer call me back for a non emergency. The officer then gives me an unlisted non emergency number that they have had for year, but never posted to the public. I'm really hoping all these years that people didn't die from not being able to get through to 911 because of these such situations.By Timothy Anderson, February 02, 2017
